THINKING ON MUSIC 
Hello, you don’t know me but I was marginally connected with SHJ many years ago when there was a guy in the leadership named (if I recall correctly) David Borden. Today’s LA Times has a brief obituary of David H. Borden, but it’s not very informative, and I wonder if this is the same guy I knew. SHJ years ago used to co-sponsor events with Workers Circle/Arbeter Ring, of which I was SoCal Director, so that’s how we were connected.
Hi Eric – Yes, David Borden was a founder of Adat Chaverim – Congregation for Humanistic Judaism in Los Angeles. He unfortunately died last week after a long illness.
